Deceitful company!
I opened up the makeup primer. Inside the larger tube is a much smaller tube.
A minuscule amount of primer. Nowhere near the amount it says!
Now I wonder about their other products. For shame, ELF!
CHARGED ME WAY MUCH MORE FOR MY ORDER THAN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO!
I recently bought a prep & hydrate balm, illuminating primer mist, shimmer highlighting powder, and blush, under the promise that I would receive a free rose glow gift for a $25+ purchase. They were supposed to charge me $27.55, however, they charged me $37.16 AND another $14.42 upon receiving my package.
I was only supposed to pay $27.55 including free shipping. I did not get free shipping at all. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. FURTHERMORE, THEIR SITE SAYS THEY OFFER NO RETURNS.
WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS!
Also, on my order, they didn't even write my full name, they just wrote my last name. HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO IDENTIFY MY IDENTITY AS THE CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT THESE PRODUCTS THEN?
Absolutely ridiculous. Awfully disappointed.

Preferred solution: I, probably foolishly, placed the order again. I think the company should express ship it for me, but I will be surprised if they even give a $#@%.

Website issue
I have been a frequent customer for the past couple of years, got A-list membership. However, I am not happy with their slow processing and shipping, which takes at least three business days until they ship and another 7 business days for the shipment until my order arrives at my address. I have been trying to log into my account for the past three days. They said they overhauled their web site and gave me a temporary password over the phone, which did not work either. I changed my browser, but it didn't work.
I clicked "Forgot password?" button. No emails came through either.
I was purchase a bunch of stuff but I guess they don't want my money.
Very disappointed with their customer service and website functionality.

This happens because they use an airless pump. What that means is when you push the top to get the product out, that plastic piece in the center raises to push to the product out.
You are still getting the amount they advertise. Do people really not know how an airless pump works?
Yes. They may be putting in the liquid ounces listed on the packaging, but it is deceitful packaging.
I don't think you understand what mk is saying. This mechanism goes up as you use it.
